Fall Back Into Fitness

Join us in the CMBC gym for a full body workout, low-impact yoga, and barre-style, beat-driven moments. Lunges, squats, and planks! Oh my! We will close with stretching, breath work, and a 5-minute meditation on God's Word together. 

Please bring a yoga mat and a friend!
All fitness levels are welcome. Intensity will vary depending on how you feel.
