Women’s Leadership Alliance

The Women’s Leadership Alliance (WLA) at Cedar Mill Bible Church represents different ranges of life experiences and backgrounds present in our church family.  We are a team of women who depend on the Holy Spirit as we collaborate in regular dialogue with our elder team and church leadership.  This team was created to allow for increased female perspectives and ideas on topics of a spiritual, social, structural, and relational nature, including but not limited to:

 

  • Engaging in discussions (with WLA, Elder team and others in church family) to support the elder team.

  • Engage in church discipline, if needed.

  • Interceding and discerning in prayer for our church family.

  • Actively listening to women in our congregation as we invite & receive feedback on current ideas/concerns.

  • Identifying and discussing needs and observations in the life of our church family.

  • Supporting our APART team on open cases.

  • Supporting mentoring/discipleship connections.

Intern Program

The Cedar Mill Intern Program is a 9-month commitment from October 7th, 2024 to June 12th, 2025.

The Intern Program is an experience in which participants are given the opportunity to grow in their discipleship to Jesus, learn & practice their spiritual gifts, and allow God to heal the broken parts of their lives. Applications are live!
