Welcome to Cedar Mill MomCo!

We are a diverse group dedicated to bringing women together through the ups and downs of motherhood. Whether you’re pregnant, fostering, have adopted, or are parenting full- or part-time, we have a seat for you at our table. Our goal is to provide a safe space for women to build authentic friendships, share the difficult and messy parts of motherhood, and empower one another on their individual journeys as women. Each year, we introduce a new curriculum and theme to help us achieve these goals in exciting new ways. Our organization is faith-based, but being Christian is not a requirement to join. All are welcome!

Our group meets from September through May on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month from 9-11 am in the Cedar Mill Bible Church chapel. We currently provide childcare for children ages 0-kindergarten, which includes free play, the KidsCo learning curriculum, and a light snack. On meetup dates that fall on No School days, we will have additional childcare workers available for 1st-5th graders. All KidsCo staff are background-checked, interviewed, and trained to ensure a safe environment.

Meetup Structure

A typical meetup might include dropping off the kids at KidsCo, mingling over coffee or tea, enjoying a light breakfast, engaging in a creative or fun activity, learning from a video or guest speaker, and wrapping up with time for reflection and meaningful discussion. Moms are assigned to a table at the beginning of each year to help cultivate a deeper connection with their tablemates and Mentor Mom. A Mentor Mom is a mom who has teens and/or adult children, thus further along on their mothering journey, and able to provide insight and perspective to those with younger children. If you are interested in participating in MomCo by becoming a Mentor Mom, please contact us for further information.

Membership Cost &

What’s Included

Two membership fees are renewed once a year. The first is $37 registration fee that goes directly to the MomCo Organization. This membership includes access to local MomCo Meetups, curriculum videos & content, a quarterly MomCo Magazine, podcasts, discounted tickets to MOMCON, and much more! For more information, check out: https://www.themom.co/membership.

To register for MomCo online and pay the annual $37 fee, click https://www.themom.co/join. Make sure to use our group code R2QS when registering.

The second base fee is $TBD, which goes to CMBC to cover the costs of facility use, printing, materials needed for special events or activities, and speaker fees. If you are planning to bring your kid(s) along for the KidsCo childcare, an additional $TBD would be added per a kid.

We offer a sliding scale option or a full scholarship to those who find this fee to be a barrier. We want everyone interested to be a part of our community and will do our best to assist so that the financial component is not a deterrent.

To pay the annual CMBC fee online, click here [insert link to church’s site] or pay by check at the next meetup you attend. If you are interested in applying for a scholarship or want more information about our sliding-scale system, please contact us at momco@cmbc.org.

If you are still unsure if MomCo is the right fit for you, please join us for a meetup before registering.

2026-2027 Theme: Good Company

Good Company is your throwback invitation to stop curating life and start living it, where showing up beats scrolling and connection doesn’t need a calendar invite. It’s about getting back to basics and leaning into an analog lifestyle. Examples of this might look like putting down your screen and picking up a book, letting go of some of the tech that surrounds us every day, and engaging in activities that are simple yet timeless.

Our start date is September 28th! We hope you will check us out. To keep up to date on our upcoming meetups, playdates, and activities, please follow us on Facebook.
