This Fall, Cedar Mill Bible Church is launching “Devoted,” a six-week, all-church sermon series designed to unite our entire congregation—longtime members and new faces alike—around our core calling: Becoming Like Jesus & Making Him Known. Beginning October 5, we’ll gather each Sunday morning and convene in smaller midweek groups to dive deeply into our Mission, explore our Seven Distinctives—Worship Fully, Pray Constantly, Trust Radically, Engage Inclusively, Relate Authentically, Hope Relentlessly, and Love Extravagantly—and unpack our three pronged Discipleship Strategy of Intimacy with God, Intentional Community, and Passionate Ministry. Through teaching, discussion, and curated readings and podcasts, Devoted will clarify who we are as God’s people, equip us to belong and grow in Christ together, and call us to a renewed posture of wholehearted commitment to Jesus and to one another as His church .
