Kids don’t just say the darndest things, but any Sunday School teacher will tell you, they also ask the best questions. Best of all? Their questions are often our questions as well. This August, elementary kids will join us for worship, and our time will be driven by their curiosity: “why can we trust the Bible?”, “who is God, and how do we know He’s alive?”, “why are bad things in the world if God is so good?”, “what is heaven like, and how can we know it’s real?” and more. We will tackle these questions in a way that honors the spiritual lives of kids and that takes seriously their curiosity. In doing so, we will all be reminded of the God that never diminishes under investigation but only becomes more radiant the closer that we look.
